What is a portal fee?

A portal fee is a fee charged for bus travel time between the yard and
the pickup point or from the destination back to the yard.

When is a portal fee applicable?
|
A portal fee is not charged if the charter (including time for bus travel
from the yard to the pickup point and from the destination to the yard) is under the four hour
minimum. The portal fee may also be waved for longer charters. For other charters the portal fee
is applicable.

When is a cleaning deposit applicable?
|
A cleaning deposit is required if any food or beverages are consumed on
the bus.
|

Do you serve alcoholic beverages on the bus?
|
We are not licensed to serve alcoholic beverages. However, you are
welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages aboard. (There is a cleaning deposit charged if
any food or beverages are consumed on
the bus.)

Who is responsible to be sure there is no underage drinking on the bus?
|
For safety reasons our drivers cannot take responsibility to supervise
passengers. The person who signs the charter agreement is responsible to ensure that there is
no underage drinking on the bus.

Who is responsible for damages?
|
The person who signs the charter agreement is responsible for any and
all damages for which any passenger is responsible during the charter.
